HELP FOR EEPROM WRITER
************************************************************************
In some of Galileo's components user can set internal registers value
by using a serial EEprom .
when so - a read transaction is done following reset .
it is possible to perform an indirect-write through GT48300/GT48302 to
GT48310/GT48320 connected to it's Glink ports.
Incase of working with GT48300 (4 Glink ports ) - select from the menu .
This tool reads a text file (in right format) and creates file.bin,
file.out as output files - file.bin is the file that can be downloaded
into serial EEprom devices ,while file.out is just an information file.
you can create/edit the file using the tool/s editor .
************************************************************************
The format for the text file is :
writing to local component's registers :
offset <register address> <value - 0x**** or 32bit binary>
in-direct write ("num" is the Glink device number):
offset <register address> hz<num=0-31> <value - 0x**** or 32bit binary>
************************************************************************
version marking :
eeprom version < eeprom code version in hex>
notes:
notes can be added anywhere without any prefix as long as they don't
start with "offset".

-BINARY FILES READER :
you can read a bin file that was created by this tool and see it's data
 in the format -
 <reg> <data> or <device #> <reg> <data> in case of writing through
GT4830x to the Glink device .
you have to choose the right GT4830x .
note: if this is a direct write to the device - choose the 'Direct' option , so
no Long Word Writes will be decoded.
